Strict Refund Policy for Cooney's Bike Care

At Cooney's Bike Care, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our products and services, we have implemented a strict refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds will be granted.
1. Non-Refundable Products
The following products are strictly non-refundable:

Custom-built bikes or modified bikes – All sales are final.

Used or pre-owned bikes – No refunds will be issued once the item has been purchased.

Accessories, spare parts, and clothing – Unless defective or damaged upon arrival, all accessories and parts are non-refundable.

Gift cards and vouchers – These cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds will only be considered for products that meet the following criteria:

Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition with all packaging intact. Photos or videos of the damage may be required to process your claim.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what was ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once the item is returned to us in its original, unused condition, we will issue a full refund or exchange.

Warranty Issues: If a product covered by warranty is defective due to manufacturing issues (not user damage), we will either repair or replace the item, or offer a refund, based on the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
3. Return Process

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Condition of Returned Items: All returned products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. Products that show signs of wear or misuse, or that have been assembled, altered, or installed, are not eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Processing

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue store credit.

Refund Processing Time: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to certain returned items, particularly bikes and larger items. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exclusions

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including if you decide you no longer want the product or if it doesn’t meet your expectations.

Late Claims: Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for claims made after 7 days from the receipt of the product.
